The Grease Trap is right in the middle of the common area and services two food operations, located beneath moveable timber furniture.
The Grease Trap lid was raised and no longer gas tight to keep odours confined and unsafe for patrons.
We recommended to cut out the old lid and replace a fully gas tight, safe, non-slip and high quality Grease Trap lid.
Site works commenced and we performed concrete cutting and removal of the existing Grease Trap lids.
Patrons were kept safe with a cordoned off work area and all waste from the grease trap lid and works were removed via skip bin.
Next we supplied 4 part solid top Grease Trap lids, Class B (Pedestrian Traffic only) and installed the lids in place.
Lastly, we concreted the Grease Trap lids in place and completed the final clean up of the work area.
Newly installed grease trap lids now in place and the business is back to normal operations very quickly.
