Standard Products

Within 30 days of purchase new, unused, undamaged standard stock items in original packaging may be returned directly to the manufacturer address at your freight cost with a 30% restocking fee. Freight to be arranged, paid and co-ordinated by you.

Items to be received by the manufacturer within the 30 days of purchase date.

Refunds will be made for the original purchase price less original shipping and 30% re stocking fee after the manufacturer has received and confirmed to us the items are in original packaging and in new, unused, undamaged condition.

Custom Products

Custom made products are non refundable due to nature of them not being the standard items and measurements required by other customers.
