- Installation of a 1000-litre Halgan dilution tank, positioned above ground and partially submerged to ensure proper drainage for custom sinks.
- Venting the plumbing system to the atmosphere and connecting all fixtures through new above-ground trade waste lines as per the approved plan.
- Conducting concrete scanning, cutting, and removal to facilitate the installation of a new grease trap, along with associated earthworks, spoil removal, and the laying of new concrete.
- Roughing in cold water to laundry tubs and sink units, followed by fitting off all fixtures with tapware and waste connections.
