• Installation of New Grease Trap: As part of the Grease Trap upgrade, a new 3,000-litre Viking above-ground grease trap was installed to provide enhanced waste management capabilities suited to the property’s needs.
• Vent Integration: The new grease trap system was integrated with the existing vent infrastructure, ensuring that the Grease Trap upgrade would result in efficient waste management and compliance with trade waste standards.
• Line Reconnection: The trade waste line was reconnected to the new system, a critical step in the Grease Trap upgrade, and the suction line was relocated closer to the new tank’s position to optimise functionality.
• Sewer Connection: The sewer line was re-routed along the wall to the new connection point, completing the Grease Trap upgrade.
• Safety Measures: During the Grease Trap upgrade, the affected area was barricaded to ensure pedestrian safety throughout the process.

The Grease Trap upgrade was completed efficiently, with minimal disruption to the property’s operations. The newly installed 3,000-litre grease trap now provides enhanced waste management capabilities, effectively resolving the previous limitations.
