Citi Industries did an excellent job putting up a 2,000-L Halgan Below-Ground Grease Trap at a business. This grease trap is meant to assist the business in running smoothly now and in the future. The project needed complicated plumbing work, getting the site ready, and developing preparations for future growth, like a possible link to a laundromat.
Problem
The property required the installation of a grease trap near a popular store. Before excavating, scanning, and cutting concrete, it was important to work with other contractors.
- The plumbing needs to be able to handle a laundromat in the future.
- When working in a limited space, it was important to plan ahead and take safety seriously to make sure that everyone obeyed the rules.
- To achieve a satisfactory product without bothering the neighborhood around it, these problems needed careful planning, teamwork, and successful project management.
Solution
Citi Industries’ professional crew finished the job promptly and safely, making sure that all safety, compliance, and quality standards were met. The job included putting in a 2,000-L Halgan Below-Ground Grease Trap with Class D traffic lids to be sure it will last and follow all the rules.
- The site is being dug up to make room for the new tank.
- Putting in all the pipes, fittings, and plumbing items needed to finish the grease trap system.
- There are some vents that run outside on both the new trade waste pipe and the grease trap tank.
- Following the approved plan, connect the new trade waste line within the unit to all the fittings.
- Installing a new sewage line to allow for future laundry hookups.
- To keep the water safe, put in two bucket traps for trash on the floor and one RPZD backflow valve with a hose tap.
The last step in getting the site ready was to compact 5-mm gravel and crusher dust. These materials are now ready for future concrete or paver work.
Safety, accuracy, and the serenity of the shopping area were all taken into account at every step.
Result
The project was finished on time and followed all the plumbing and trade waste requirements. One of the most essential things we found is a 2,000 litres grease trap that works perfectly and meets all the requirements. It is ready to use now and in the future. It works well with the plumbing and trash systems of the rental.
- It is safe, compacted, and ready for experts to add surface treatments later.
- It works well for both operational and environmental needs and lasts a long period.
This project was a success, showing that Citi Industries is an expert at offering high-quality trade waste solutions that are adapted to the demands of each firm, regardless of what the site conditions are.
