Citi Industries installed a new gas line using 32mm copper pipes. Our team created penetrations through the concrete wall, allowing the line to pass securely into the rear walkway. We coordinated with relevant stakeholders to gain access, minimising any inconvenience to the business.
Moreover, we cut holes in the ceiling space of the walkway behind the shops. This step was essential for providing proper access for the pipes. The gas line extended 55 metres from the meter location, ensuring ample length for future use. Lastly, we installed a capped point in the tenancy, which will allow the tenancy gas fitter to connect any equipment quickly and efficiently.
