The Solutions

The Citi Industries-trained crew for trade waste completed everything, including installing a 4,000 litres Halgan grease trap below ground with Class D lids, ensuring that cars and trucks could drive over it without any issues.

To remove the 3000L grease trap, you must disassemble it and thoroughly clean the surrounding area.

• Scanning, cutting, and putting concrete back together so that it works with the new technology.

The restaurant will be able to remain open and continue operating while the repairs are underway, thanks to a temporary sewer diversion.

• Linking the new grease trap to the drain that businesses use to throw away trash.

A 100 mm vent and a sewage outlet connector will link the grease trap to the existing ventilation system. All impacted locations will be completely closed off to keep people safe and reduce traffic.

• Putting standard concrete finishes on all of the broken parts to make them seem clean and up to code.
